Yarning Space - October
Join AJ Williams-Tchen on Tuesdays towards the end of each month for a monthly yarning space. Each session will include a short introduction from AJ, about a topic of interest to the group, followed by facilitated discussion.

Carers are welcome to register for individual sessions. (Other sessions in this series will be held on 23 July, 20 August, 24 September and 26 November.)
The sessions are designed for carers to come together, share ideas, learn and be connected, with an overall focus of caring for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people and developing deeper understandings of their cultures.
AJ Williams-Tchen is a proud Wiradjuri Social Worker, Nurse & Youth Worker, Director of Girraway Ganyi Consultancy, nominee for Australian of the Year Victoria 2024 and winner of the Social Worker of the Year 2023 (Allied Health Awards).
This session is designed for kinship, foster and permanent carers.
